A Summer Program for Stronger Communication
A summer camp designed to help children strengthen speech, language, and social communication skills in a fun and supportive environment.
About Camp Communicate
Camp Communicate is a specialized summer program designed to help students ages 4–12 build stronger communication, language, and social interaction skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
Students participate in interactive activities and structured social opportunities while receiving guidance from experienced instructors and speech therapists. Together, they help students develop the confidence and skills needed to communicate more effectively at school, at home, and in everyday situations.
Our team creates a fun, structured learning environment where students can practice real-world communication skills while connecting with peers.
Who This Camp Is For
Camp Communicate is designed for students ages 4–12 who:
✅: Need support with communication or language development
✅: Want to build confidence communicating with others
✅: Would benefit from guided social interaction and peer engagement
✅: Enjoy learning through play, creative activities, and team-building games
Students work closely with trained instructors and licensed therapists, ensuring they receive meaningful support while participating in engaging group activities.
Camp Schedule
Weekly, June 1 – June 26, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM on the following weeks:
June 1 – June 5
June 8 – June 12
June 15 – June 19
June 22 – June 26
Each morning includes structured activities designed to support communication, language development, and social interaction in a small-group setting led by instructors and speech therapists.
Tuition & Registration Fee
The weekly tuition for Camp Communicate is:
$650 per student per week
Payment for each registered week must be received before the start of that week’s session.
A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your family’s spot.
$25 per family for registrations completed on or before May 1
$75 per family for registrations completed after May 1
Early registration is encouraged to ensure availability.
Requirements
To ensure Camp Communicate provides the best support for each student, a recent speech evaluation approved by our therapist is required.
If your child does not currently have a recent evaluation, Sophos Speech and Academics can provide one prior to enrollment.
Our team will guide you through this process if needed.

Please note the following:
Camp Communicate requires a minimum number of students in order to operate.
If minimum enrollment is not met, Sophos Speech and Academics reserves the right to cancel the summer program prior to the start of the session.
Families will be notified if the program does not move forward.
